Exchanges

We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. After the expiry date of 7 days no exchange can be provided. If you would like to make an exchange simply email hello@ruttaustralia.com with your order number in the subject line. All Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with swing tags still on the garment.

We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. After the expiry date of 7 days no refund can be provided. All Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with swing tags still on the garment. If you would like to make a return simply email hello@rachelrutt.com with your order number in the subject line. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding any applicable shipping costs associated with the order.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

We do not offer refunds on any discounted items.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages

RUTT is not responsible for the cost of return postage

Please note we cannot exchange if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully and email hello@ruttaustralia.com if you are unsure of sizing.

Please be aware our garments are made by hand, and no two pieces will ever be the same, so please consider this when purchasing RUTT Limited Edition garments.

Swimwear

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if tags are deemed removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Credit Notes

Credit Notes are valid for 6 months.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

For Orders less than the value of the gift voucher, any residual credit can be used for future purchases, but cannot be redeemed for cash.

If the credit of a gift voucher is insufficient for the Order you wish to make, you must make up the difference through payment by other means.

The Fine Print

RUTT cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned are thoroughly packaged with tissue, packed securely and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.

RUTT will not be responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delay.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the items have been received. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited.

Return Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
